Looking for a Roasting Hog?

We have hogs available in all sizes and you can rent the roaster from us. We'll provide you with instructions and the right amount of charcoal to get the job done.

Tank’s Meats offers a comprehensive list of meat processing options for your freezer.

Processing of beef ranges from steaks and roast to burgers and bolognas. Other options include but are not limited to Corned Brisket, cubed steaks, beef bacon, beef bologna, beef wieners, pepper sticks, and jerky.


Pork processing options include but are not limited to pork chops, bacon and ham. All hams and bacon are smoked right here at Tank’s Meats. Available sausages include Bulk Sausage, Patties, Little Pigs (breakfast links), Country Style links, Bulk Italian, Link Italian, Fresh Kielbasa, Chorizo, Smoked Sausage, Polish Sausage/Smoked Kielbasa, Bratwurst patties, German Style Bratwurst, Wisconsin Style Bratwurst, Beer Bratwurst, and Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst.

Lamb and goat processing is also available.

Are you looking for someone to cure and smoke those catfish or salmon you just caught? What about the goose, turkey, duck or pheasant you just bagged? We will cure and smoke them for you. Deer processing options range from steaks and roast to burger and custom sausages.
