Other options include but are not limited to Corned Brisket, cubed steaks, beef bacon, beef bologna, beef wieners, pepper sticks, and jerky.
Pork processing options include but are not limited to pork chops, bacon and ham. All hams and bacon are smoked right here at Tank’s Meats. Available sausages include Bulk Sausage, Patties, Little Pigs (breakfast links), Country Style links, Bulk Italian, Link Italian, Fresh Kielbasa, Chorizo, Smoked Sausage, Polish Sausage/Smoked Kielbasa, Bratwurst patties, German Style Bratwurst, Wisconsin Style Bratwurst, Beer Bratwurst, and Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst.
